- What is your return policy?
All products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if they have not been worn or removed from original packaging. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping cost of the order will not be refunded, only the cost of the returned item(s) minus the restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email info@vitale-llc.com to begin the return process.

All products can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase if they have not been worn and removed from original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of the exchange shipping to VITALE LLC. VITALE LLC is responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange back to the customer.
